Naturecombined, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us") provides the Screen Memo mobile application ("App"). We publish this Privacy Policy to explain clearly how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information collection and in-app processing

1.1 Personal information we collect directly

None. We do not collect or store your memos, images, contacts, alarms, groups, app settings, voice recording files, or dictation audio through our own servers. We also do not send audio to a separate STT server/API operated or contracted by us, including Google Cloud Speech-to-Text API.

1.2 Information you enter or create (stored on device)

This information is processed on your device to provide App features and is not sent to our servers.

1.3 Dictation (STT) and voice data

You can use dictation by tapping the microphone button on the main screen or memo create/edit screen. The App calls Android's built-in SpeechRecognizer / Android speech recognition services to convert speech to text.

• Dictation requires the microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO). The permission is requested when you run dictation.
• Before first microphone use, the App shows an in-app dialog explaining how speech recognition is processed and what Screen Memo does not store.
• Depending on device settings, OS version, language settings, network status, and speech recognition service status, audio may be processed offline on the device or sent to an Android speech recognition provider such as Google voice services.
• Screen Memo itself does not store voice recording files and does not send voice audio to our servers.
• Recognized text may be inserted into the memo input field when you tap "Done", but it is not stored as App memo data until you finally save the memo.
• Only when you save the memo is the recognized text stored on your device as ordinary memo content.

The App requests the following permissions when you use the relevant feature or when needed to provide the service. Denying a permission may limit related features.

1.7 Information you send outside the device

The following occur only when you directly choose them and do not pass through our servers.

• Memo sharing or copying
• Opening URLs in a browser
• Calling a linked phone number
• Saving images to the gallery
• Running dictation through Android speech recognition services

1.8 Support

If you contact us by email or another channel, we process your email address, inquiry details, and device/app information you choose to provide for support and reasonable record keeping. We do not access memo contents stored on your device during support.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide App features such as memo creation/editing, attachments, groups, alarms, auto-display, and dictation
• Provide on-device stats, snooze, and free dictation usage limits
• Show ads through Google AdMob
• Process paid subscriptions and purchases through Google Play and provide Premium features
• Collect usage statistics through Firebase Analytics and improve the App
• Maintain stability, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance

Legal bases where applicable: providing the App and support (contract / legitimate interests); improvement and security (legitimate interests); ads and billing (contract / legitimate interests, and consent or device settings where required); legal compliance.

3. Retention

• Memos, images, contacts, alarms, and groups: stored on device until you delete them or uninstall the App
• Dictation audio: Screen Memo does not store voice recording files
• Recognized dictation text: stored on device only if you save it as memo content
• Smartphone viewing stats: automatically deleted after up to 90 days
• App settings and free usage counts: until App deletion
• Support records: for the period reasonably necessary to handle inquiries
• Google AdMob / Firebase Analytics / Google Play / Android speech recognition providers: under each provider's policies

4. Sharing and external processing

We do not sell your memo data or dictation audio, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed externally only when you choose an action or when a third-party service is used to provide a feature.

• You choose to share, call, open a browser, or run dictation
• Android speech recognition services process audio for dictation
• Google AdMob, Google Play, or Firebase Analytics process information under their policies

5. External server storage and third-party services

We do not store memo or voice data on external servers and do not send it to our own servers for STT processing. Dictation is processed by Android speech recognition services. App distribution, ads, analytics, and billing use Google Play, Google AdMob, and Firebase Analytics.

6. Your rights and choices

• Delete memos, groups, alarms, and linked contacts in the App
• Withdraw App permissions, including microphone permission, in Android Settings
• Delete local data by uninstalling the App
• Manage subscriptions and payments through Google Play
• Contact us for privacy questions

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 or the minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through our own servers.

8. Security

• On-device memo storage using Android app storage
• Android OS app sandbox and permission model
• Temporary URI permissions via FileProvider for sharing
• HTTPS for Google SDK communications

Android automatic backup may be enabled, and app data may be included in device backups under Google/Android backup policies.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The App does not use website cookies. Third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics may use app instance IDs, advertising IDs, and similar technologies for ads and analytics.

10. International transfers

Memo and voice data are not transferred overseas through our company servers. However, Google services or Android speech recognition providers may transfer and process related information on servers they operate under their own international transfer policies.

11. Paid services and third-party billing

Google Play processes payment data for subscriptions and in-app purchases. We use only purchase/subscription state from Google Play to verify entitlement. Premium limits including dictation, billing, refunds, and cancellation are covered in our Terms of Service and Google Play policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy for legal or service changes. Material updates will be posted here and/or in the App. The posted date applies from publication.
